Join Page Foley and Anthony Truzzolino from Southern Wine and Spirits at Boar’s Head for a four-course dinner that pairs uniquely with Glenlivet’s finest 12, 15, Nadurra, and 18 year old Scotches.
Throughout dinner, Boar’s Head Executive Chef Bill Justus and Director of Food and Beverage Courtney Roane will team up to discuss how the Glenlivet Scotches from this iconic 200 year old distillery complement the evening’s distinctive culinary menu. These aficionados will share the ways in which the aromatic nuances of Glenlivet’s characteristics shine through to achieve a perfect food-Scotch balance.
The evening begins with a reception at 6:00 p.m. followed by a four-course Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch dinner. The cost is $95 per person, plus gratuity and tax.
