TEEN WORKOUT for 12-15 Year Olds
We believe that children and young adults should be physically fit. As advocates for fitness, we established the Teen Workout program for children 12 to 15 years of age. Our qualified staff oversees Teen Workout to instruct teens on the proper use of equipment, document correct seat adjustments, and record the appropriate resistance amounts. The goal of Teen Workout is certification, which allows a teen to use the fitness room whenever a parent is present. In order to use the workout room before the age of 16, Teen Workout participation is required. If attending Teen Workout for the first time, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver before participating.
Teen Workout hours are:
Monday through Friday
Please note that Teen Workout will NOT be held on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
A teen needs only to attend Teen Workout six times before taking a certification test, administered by one of our trainers. Once certified, teens can workout whenever a parent is present.
