James joined The Boar's Head Executive Committee in May of 2007. He came to Charlottesville from San Francisco, where he worked as the General Manager of the esteemed San Francisco Tennis Club (SFTC). While there, Neiderer managed all club operations, human resources, and sales and marketing initiatives for the ClubCorp property. Prior to this experience, James served as the membership director for SFTC as well as the ClubCorp-owned Crow Canyon Country Club. Before joining ClubCorp, James served as the Marketing and Events Manager at Humewood Castle, a four-star resort and sporting estate in Co. Wicklow, Irleand. He also boasts an extensive marketing and public relations background thanks to his seven years of international account leadership experience in a variety of fields including hospitality, tourism and technology.
BRET GARRISON, Director of Membership and Operations

Bret joined the Boar's Head Sports Club in March 2006 as Assistant Operations Manager, was promoted to Operations Manager in February 2009, and in March 2010 took on the new role of Director of Membership and Operations. Bret graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, MO with a B.S. in Recreation Management and a minor in Physical Education. At Evangel he played on the varsity baseball team. After graduation he did a four month internship at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, MO, where he worked in the recreation department dealing mostly with Marina, Golf, and Waterpark Operations. He was then a Site Director for the City of Springfield Parks & Recreation Department. In this role he oversaw an after school program "C.L.I.C.K" that provided a safe learning and recreation environment for underprivileged youth. He held this role until joining the BHSC team in 2006.

Ron is a PTR certified professional with 30 years coaching and teaching experience. Ron is a board member of the "Charlottesville Tennis Patrons", Director of the "Get Acquainted Tennis Club", and is on Head/ Penn advisory staff. "Ron has been a major force behind the growth of tennis in the Charlottesville area"-Dennis Van der Meer (World renowned tennis coach and founder and President of the PTR).
JACEK WOLICKI, Director of Tennis

As the Director of Tennis at Boar's Head, Jacek oversees all tennis operations and related programming at the club. Before joining Boar's Head, Jacek served on the executive team and as head of operations for Mamba International, a sports management company focused on representation and the development of professional athletes. At Mamba, Jacek worked with several professional tennis players including Somdev Devvarman and Alexandra Wozniak. He boasts experience coaching in the collegiate ranks as the Head Men's Tennis Coach at Bradley University, as well as assistant coaching roles at Western Michigan University and here at the University of Virginia. Jacek also possesses a great deal of experience working in junior development programs and tennis camps. Jacek holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Nebraska, where he also played on the varsity tennis team.
MARK ALLEN, Director of Squash

Mark Allen is an internationally renowned player and coach, whose credentials include a former top 50 world ranking, and certification as an England Squash Level 4 Elite Coach (the highest coaching qualification in english squash). During a coaching career spanning almost 20 years, Allen has coached professionally in England, The Channel Islands, Northern Virginia, San Francisco, and Cape Town, South Africa. He was nominated by US Squash to the National Olympic Committee as the 2005 National Coach of the Year, and was named the South African coach of the Year in 2005. In addition to coaching the squash teams at the University of Virginia, Mark is also director of Squash at The Boars Head Sports Club. He is married (to Tracy) with two children (Daniel and Jayden).-
ROB ELMORE, Recreation Manager

Rob is originally from Falls Church, Virginia and received his Recreation Management degree in 1998 from Southern Connecticut State University. A Persian Gulf War veteran, and has since worked as the Recreation Director for the town of Bethany, CT, the Recreation Manager for a group home in Baltimore, and as a Facility Manager for M-NCPPC in Silver Spring, MD. Rob enjoys hiking, camping, climbing and chocolate chip mint ice cream.

Meghan joined the Boar's Head Sports Club in January 2012 as the Childcare and Activities Director. A Charlottesville native, Meghan graduated in 2008 from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Prior to arriving at Boar's Head Sports Club, Meghan was a substitute teacher in the Charlottesville city as well as the Albemarle County public schools. Meghan is an avid UVA football fan and enjoys spending time with her 2 pugs!
REBECCA JOLIN, Fitness Director, M.S., ACSM-CPT

Rebecca Jolin joined the BHSC team as our new Fitness Director in January 2014. A Charlottesville native, Rebecca holds a Master's in Exercise Physiology from James Madison University; she has taught Health and Exercise Science classes at both James Madison and Appalachian State University. Sport-specific conditioning and beginner level fitness programming are her personal training passion. Rebecca is a certified yoga instructor and has international level athletic experience as a member of the United States Lacrosse Team; she has 10+ years of lacrosse coaching experience from youth to collegiate-level play. She spends as much time as possible with her husband and two children, and on any mountain trail they can find.
