About the Pilot
Come fly with one of the most experienced hot air balloon pilots in the world today. Rick Behr has been an FAA Licensed full time Commercial Balloon Pilot since 1974 and has over 4,000 hours experience. Before coming to the Boar's Head Inn in 1981 he was chief pilot for the Bombard Society, the most prestigious ballooning business in the world, and has personally flown over 20,000 passengers.
We often fly in groups with other balloons that are flown by experienced FAA Licensed Commercial Balloon Pilots. The picture above is of Rick getting an early morning start.
