Sticky Chocolate-Toffy Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

1 oz. Croissants
12 oz. Cream
½ oz. Vanilla Syrup
4 Whole Eggs
2 tsp Sugar
1 cup Crumbled Chocolate Toffy
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.  
  2. Mix eggs, Cream, sugar and vanilla syrup together in a bowl.
  3. Tear Croissants into small pieces and wet it with the mix. Layer the soaked Croissants and Toffy into baking dish.
  4. Bake for twenty five minutesor until golden brown.

  5. Serve with “Bourbon” Crème Anglaise.
