Sticky Chocolate-Toffy Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
| 1 oz. | Croissants |
| 12 oz. | Cream |
| ½ oz. | Vanilla Syrup |
| 4 | Whole Eggs |
| 2 tsp | Sugar |
| 1 cup | Crumbled Chocolate Toffy |
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix eggs, Cream, sugar and vanilla syrup together in a bowl.
- Tear Croissants into small pieces and wet it with the mix. Layer the soaked Croissants and Toffy into baking dish.

Bake for twenty five minutesor until golden brown.
- Serve with “Bourbon” Crème Anglaise.
