Young Arugula Salad w/ Blue Cheese "Cheesecake"
Ingredients:
| 8 oz. | Baby Arugula |
| 1 cup | Candied Pecans |
| ½ cup | Dried Cranberries |
| 6 oz. | Balsamic Vinaigrette |
| 1 each | Blue Cheese "Cheesecake" |
| to taste | Salt and Pepper |
- Toss Baby Arugula with Candied Pecans, Craisins and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- Warm Breifly over low flame.

Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Plate up salad and garnish with cheesecake.
- Enjoy!!!!!!!
