Boar's Head Inn Standard Recipe

Young Arugula Salad w/ Blue Cheese "Cheesecake"

Ingredients:

8 oz. Baby Arugula
1 cup Candied Pecans
½ cup Dried Cranberries
6 oz. Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 each Blue Cheese "Cheesecake"
to taste Salt and Pepper
  1. Toss Baby Arugula with Candied Pecans, Craisins and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  2. Warm Breifly over low flame.
  3. Season with Salt and Pepper.

  4. Plate up salad and garnish with cheesecake.
  5. Enjoy!!!!!!!

Yield: 4 servings
