General Spa Information
To make the most of your spa time, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. That way, you can relax and unwind before treatment begins.
Spa Hours
- Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
For Your Appointment
We recommend making appointments two weeks in advance. If you have a preference
for a male or female therapist, please let us know when scheduling your
appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. A robe and slippers
will be provided for use during your stay. During all treatments, your body
is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
Spa Cancellation Policy
If you wish to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment, please notify
us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee
of 50 percent for the service(s).
For your convenience, an 18 percent service charge will be applied to all
spa services and allocated to your therapist.
