Policies
Check-in time is 4 p.m.; checkout time is noon.
Cancellations must be made seven days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated; late cancellations will incur a penalty equal to the cost of one night’s lodging.
There is a $50 fee for early departure.
No pets are permitted.
Fire code permits a maximum of five guests per room; for rooms accommodating more than three guests age 17 and up, there is an additional guest charge of $20 per person.
Resort Fees & Taxes
Each room is charged an $8 per accommodation, per night resort fee to cover certain amenities and services:
- Local telephone calls, toll-free and credit card telephone access charges.
- Admission to our award-winning sports club, including use of the cardiovascular equipment and access to exercise classes.
- Daily newspaper delivery
- Complimentary coffee and tea in the Ordinary Room
- Use of the resort bicycles
- Use of the resort fishing equipment to fish Boar’s Head Inn ponds
- Transportation to and from Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Airport (CHO)
